Since the conception of our company in December 2015, our staff has been its main driving force for growth.  Our mission is to guarantee the highest quality of services to our U.S. and international clients in Continental United States (CONUS), the contiguous forty-eight states and the District of Columbia and Outside Continental United States Overseas (OCONUS).

We capitalize on the advantages of employing multicultural teams; the diversified capacities, knowledge and business perceptions of these teams have proven to be highly conducive to a more dynamic innovative and creative work environment. AGPS multicultural teams provide organizations with solid opportunities to compete, making it easier to adapt to different cultures and new surroundings hence reducing conflicts and decreasing the level of threat. 

AGPS provides personnel support services to U. S. and International clients via highly selective personnel. AGPS program started in 2019 and is an American Woman Owned Minority Small business owner and CEO with a strong base foundation of American upper management employees, most of whom have served our great nation via various defense entities. In addition, AGPS recruits Third country nationals (TCN’s) of whom are selectively chosen and recruited from all over the world, to support and serve specific needs of our clients.

We strive to become a recognized leader in BRIDGING cultural gaps for organizations and individuals, to facilitate a smooth transitional phase for all involved in operations in the United States and overseas.

 

We strive to integrating societies in a way that enables individuals, corporations, and nations to reach around the world farther, faster and cheaper in attempt to close the cultural divide. Globalization is coupled with the continuous developments taking place in information and communication technology that have contributed to the emergence of the global organization that operates through multicultural teams. These teams are made up of people coming from different countries and having various cultural backgrounds.
